Katy Meyer, DVM Dr. Meyer is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, The Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society as well as the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. A graduate of the Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr Meyer is the founder of our hospital.
Throughout her career she has been instrumental in building strong referral relationships with veterinary day practices as well as board certified veterinary specialists.
Dr. Meyer is also an instructor for the Veterinary Technology program at St. Petersburg College. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her pets.
Jamie Davison, DVM
Dr. Davison received her veterinary degree form the University of Georgia. She completed a one year rotating internship program at Florida Veterinary Specialists and Northbay Animal and Bird Hospital. Her interests include avian medicine, behavior, and husbandry. She enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, and camping.
Gina Ushi, DVM
Dr. Gina Ushi received her veterinary degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2009. She has been working at TBVES since graduation. Her veterinary interests include emergency medicine, dermatology, surgery and wildlife.
Dr. Ushi is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. In her free time Gina enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her pets.
